Coming in late September/early October to the Desert Rose Ranch After Dark is the Gold-N-Ghost ghost hunting class and savory Italian dinner. Food and beverages served over mountain views. The class will cover the basic mechanics of ghost hunting, talk through a detailed map of where there has been the highest incidents of unusual activity, provide a Quick Start Guide with easy access to the info covered and after the class and dinner you will head into town with the knowledge and tools to see what happens.
The class will provide an easy to follow Quick Start Guide to the areas in town that have had reported unusual activity. Not just the location but also techniques, tips and tools to what is available in one of top ranked haunted towns in the US.
This is a safe town after hours as far as the living humans go. The shops close earlier than most towns and streets are deserted and it is said because of all the paranormal activity that has been reported. If you are coming from out of town or even the near vicinity and plan to stay out particularly late there are several hotels and motels available and some of those are haunted as well. There was an episode of Ghost Adventures recently filmed at the Sugarloaf Mountain Motel located in the heart of Virginia City.
